Peter holds a Bachelor of Education Degree majoring in Economics. He is also a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Managing Director Tewksbury Commercial Real Estate. Prior to starting his own business, Peter held very senior positions in the major agencies. These include:
He has expertise in marketing Retail Centres, Commercial and Industrial Properties, Strata Titled Offices, Resorts and Residential Development Sites.
Jeff began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1985 after a career in the rural industry as a stock & station agent and broker. In 1985 he joined Raine & Horne - Queensland where he established the Industrial Department. In 1988 Jeff was approached by the Lynch Group to establish a Commercial Property Development and Investment company, called Mantacove Group, which he ran until 1994. In 1994 he purchased a 32,000-acre rural property at Mitchell in southwest Queensland. Through 1995 and 1996 he consulted to CMC Property Management where he Sold and Leased Commercial and Industrial Property. In January 1997 he was contracted to the Queensland Government - Project Services Sales Division of the Department of Public Works and Housing, where for a period of nearly 2 years, he co-ordinated the marketing and disposal of surplus Government Properties on behalf of the Department of Housing. In late 1998 he rejoined the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Throughout his career he has sold, leased and marketed an extensive range of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Rural Properties.
Darren is also a fully licensed Real Estate agent. Whilst Darren specialises in Leasing, he has considerable sales and marketing experience and often works with Peter Tewksbury on sale marketing appointments. Darren consistently negotiates in excess of 35 leasing transactions per year and usually is involved in around a dozen sales transactions.
Paula is responsible for the properties we have under management.
This involves collection of rent, payment of outgoings, monthly reconciliations, maintenance of the asset, arranging audits and calculating rent reviews. It sounds like a cliché, but she really does manage the properties like they were her own.
Stephanie is the unsung hero of our business. Not only does she control all the financial matters of the firm, but in doing so frees up the rest of us to concentrate on selling, leasing and managing.
